*I am life: Pregnancy is a roller coaster- emotionally and physically.
How did you cope? I AM LIFE: To cope with the ups and downs of pregnancy and all that it entails, I think about the bigger picture most of the time. The thought of the gift at the end of this amazing journey that would change my life in such a big way has kept me going. The mystery and also the intrigue of this little person that is growing inside me brought me into line every single time when my mind would wander. Somehow thinking about holding my baby and the joy that baby would bring to our lives makes everyday just that bit easier and how it would be a gift beyond anything I could ever image. All the aches, pains, tears, moods and fear seems to melt away at the thought of what my husband and I have created; a precious little life that is our baby's.
*I am love: What challenges have you faced with your body confidence and how did you overcome them?
I AM LOVE:The challenges I face seem only minor when I put things into perspective (ie heartburn) so embracing the natural changes to my body and letting go of any negativity helped me to cope with body confidence. Knowing that what is happening to my body is an organic part of life and learning to love how my body develops over time definitely helps to nurture my confidence and I have begun to love every bit of my body and its subtle changes. I truly felt like a woman, sensual and beautiful and best of all a Mother.
